Tumis bumbu halus dan tunggu sampai harum&lt;br /&gt;                   2. Tambahkan jahe, kayu manis, pala, cengkeh dan bumbu penyedap&lt;br /&gt;                   3. Menyusul masukkan kecap manis dan tomat yang sudah dihaluskan.&lt;br /&gt;                   4. Kemudian masukkan telor dan kentang goreng.&lt;br /&gt;                   5. Terakhir tambahkan air lalu aduk&lt;br /&gt;                   6. Tunggu sampai kuah mendidih dan bumbu meresap&lt;br /&gt;                   7.                                                                     1 lt air&lt;br /&gt;                                                                     2 sdm air asam jawa&lt;br /&gt;                                                                        bumbu penyedap (optional)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu halus :  3 cabe merah&lt;br /&gt;                           2 cabe rawit&lt;br /&gt;                           3 bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;                           2 bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;                           2 cm terasi yg sudah dibakar&lt;br /&gt;                  minyak goreng secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  Bumbu halus : 5 siung bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;                            1 1/2 sdt ketumbar&lt;br /&gt;                            1 1/2 sdt  garam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuatnya :  Campurkan bumbu halus dengan tepung beras dan santan.&lt;br /&gt; A dikocok 12 menit dengan medium speed, masukkan B, kocok dengan low speed hingga kaku     (12 menit),  Begitu B habis segera berhenti.&lt;br /&gt;2. C dikocok  dengan medium speed hingga kaku (kira kira 12 menit)&lt;br /&gt;     campurkan dengan A dan B.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan D yang diayak jadi satu, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;4. Panggang selapis demi selapis @ 85 gr, dengan api atas sampai adonan habis (25 lapis).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Catatan : Memanggangnya  tiap lapis 4 s/d 5 menit&lt;br /&gt;                 Paling atas 7 menit supaya warnanya lebih cantik&lt;br /&gt;                 Sebelum menambah lapisan baru tekan tekan perlahan dengan alat penekannya&lt;br /&gt;                 supaya permukaannya rata.                  5 butir telur&lt;br /&gt;                  1 sdt gist (Saft instant/fermipan)&lt;br /&gt;              100 cc air suam kuku&lt;br /&gt;              100 cc susu encer&lt;br /&gt;                                                                   250 cc santan kental + garam 1/2 sdt&lt;br /&gt;                                                                      75 gr mentega, cairkan&lt;br /&gt;                                                                   100 cc air kelapa&lt;br /&gt;                                                                           Kismis, keju, coklat untuk taburan diatasnya.&lt;br /&gt;Caranya :&lt;br /&gt;Buat biang, larutkan gist dengan 100 cc air hangat,  campurkan dengan 100 gr terigu.&lt;br /&gt;Istirahatkan 20 menit, sampai biang naik.&lt;br /&gt;Kocok gula dan telur sampai hancur lantas masukkan tepung dan mentega cair.&lt;br /&gt;Aduk bibit roti dengan air kelapa, kemudian masukkan kedalam adonan telur.&lt;br /&gt;Tambahkan susu dan santan.          11/2 gelas gula&lt;br /&gt;               2 gelas santan hangat&lt;br /&gt;             1/2 kg kentang (rebus, kupas kulit dan haluskan)&lt;br /&gt;                1 sdm mentega, cairkan&lt;br /&gt;                  vanili, garam&lt;br /&gt;                                                                     1 kelapa muda, (ambil daging buahnya saja)&lt;br /&gt;                                                                      &lt;br /&gt;Caranya : Gula, telor dikocok pelan pakai kocokan kawat saja, tidak perlu terlalu kembang.&lt;br /&gt;                  Masukkan kentang rebus yang telah dihaluskan.&lt;br /&gt;                  Lalu masukkan terigu, vanili, santan dan mentega cair.&lt;br /&gt;                  Masukkan dalam cetakan kue lumpur yang telah diolesi mentega tipis tipis.&lt;br /&gt;            250 gr mentega&lt;br /&gt;            250 gr gula&lt;br /&gt;            150 gr maizena&lt;br /&gt;               1 kaleng susu kental manis&lt;br /&gt;                  Kenari, rhum, kismis&lt;br /&gt;                                                                      Bumbu spekkuk untuk taburan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara  :  Gula, kuning telur dikocok sampai gula hancur&lt;br /&gt;              Masukkan air kelapa dan maizena yang sudah diaduk dengan air kelapa.&lt;br /&gt;              Tambahkan juga sebagian kenari.&lt;br /&gt;              Masak adonan tadi dalampanci sampai matang.&lt;br /&gt;               Panas panas masukkan mentega, aduk sampai mentega meleleh. Masukkan ayam dan aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;Tambahkan air tunggu sampai bumbu meresap lalu masukkan asam kandis&lt;br /&gt;Beri air jeruk dan aduk sampai rata. Masukkan pula kecap dan saos sambal.&lt;br /&gt;Aduk sampai rata, baru masukkan sawi hijau, tunggu sampai sawi layu. Angkat.&lt;br /&gt;Taruh dipiring,  atasnya tabur dengan bawang goreng dan seledri.&lt;br /&gt;Lebih enak makannya pakai cabe rawit dan acar mentimun.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mie Goreng&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 paket egg noodles&lt;br /&gt;200 grams fresh or frozen shrimp, sliced&lt;br /&gt;250 grams chicken, deboned and diced&lt;br /&gt;3 cabbage leaves&lt;br /&gt;3 carrots&lt;br /&gt;2 stalks Choy sam - sawi hijau&lt;br /&gt;2 stalks local celery, chopped&lt;br /&gt;200 grams small unions&lt;br /&gt;2 cloves garlic, crushed&lt;br /&gt;salt and pepper to taste&lt;br /&gt;Monosodium glutamate (optional)&lt;br /&gt;2 tablespoons  soya sauce&lt;br /&gt;1 tablespoon chili sauce&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 tablespoons oil&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Boil water and pour over the nooles placed in saucepan.&lt;br /&gt;Let stand for about 5 minutes, then strain.&lt;br /&gt;Cut all the vegetables into bite-size pieces.                                                                                          Slice onion very, very thin and deep fry untill light brown.&lt;br /&gt;Use for garnish.&lt;br /&gt;Heat margarine in pan. Fry  garlic till fragrant add shrimp and chicken wait untill color changes.&lt;br /&gt;Then add pepper, salt and vegetables except choy sam.              500 ml santan&lt;br /&gt;               1 buah maggi blok&lt;br /&gt;                sedikit minyak untuk menumis&lt;br /&gt;                Daun jeruk, daun kunyit&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;                                                    Bumbu halus : 7 buah cabe merah&lt;br /&gt;                                                                              4 bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;                                                                              2 bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;                                                                                 jahe seibu jari&lt;br /&gt;                                                                                 kunyit&lt;br /&gt;                                                                              4 buah kemiri&lt;br /&gt;                                                                                  garam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya  :  Panaskan minyak, tumiskan bumbu halus.&lt;br /&gt;                    Masukkan daun jeruk, daun kunyit dan maggi blok.&lt;br /&gt;                    Kemudian masukkan rebung.&lt;br /&gt;                    Terakhir masukkan santan, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;            1 Pepaya&lt;br /&gt;            1 kg bengkuang&lt;br /&gt;            2 labu siam&lt;br /&gt;            4 gelas gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;           14 gelas air&lt;br /&gt;             1 sdm citric acid&lt;br /&gt;             5 cm jahe dimemarkan&lt;br /&gt;             2 lb daun pandan / vanili crystal&lt;br /&gt;                                                                  3 bt kayu manis @ 3 cm&lt;br /&gt;                                                                  air kapur untuk perendam secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya : 1.  Kupas semua buah, cuci bersih.&lt;br /&gt;               2.  Potong potong bentuk dadu 1x1 cm&lt;br /&gt;               3.  Rendam dalam air kapur pepaya, bengkuang dan labu siam selama 30 menit.&lt;br /&gt;               4.  REmdam nenas dalam air garam selama 30 menit.&lt;br /&gt;               5.  Setelah 30 menit, cuci bersih semua buah kemudian tiriskan.&lt;br /&gt;               6.  Rebus 14 gelas air, masukkan gula pasir, jahe, daun pandan dan kayu manis&lt;br /&gt;                    Tunggu sampai air mendidih dan gula larut.&lt;br /&gt;               7.  Setelah mendidih masukkan nenas, tunggu sampai air kaldu nenas keluar dan&lt;br /&gt;                    air mendidih. Kemudian masukkan citric acid. Biarkan mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;               8.  Lalu masukkan pepaya, bengkuang dan labu siam.  Aduk merata.&lt;br /&gt;                    Bila air telah mendidih sekali lagi,  matikan api.&lt;br /&gt;                    Biarkan didalam panci sampai buah dingin.&lt;br /&gt;               9.
